It takes each one of us to make our community one that is free from violence, today and for years to come!

Elevating Community, Safety Against Violence
In what was once a quiet town of Coeur d'Alene, the end of summer marks the beginning of a new school year. As families prepare for the hustle and bustle of classes, there is an underlying urgency that can't be ignored. The shadows of domestic violence and sexual assault loom, casting a dark cloud over our community.
Amidst this turmoil, Safe Passage offers a beacon of hope (so far this year we've helped 783 people). The scope of our help to people and families provides confidential safe shelter, hospital response, child trauma informed forensic interviews and exams, 24/7/365 hotline and text advocacy, community resources, trauma counseling, and courtroom advocacy to those affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking and child abuse. Our tireless efforts save lives, bring safety, and begin to restore shattered dreams. But as the school year approaches and we look to the fall, the demands for services grow. The need for donations grows as countless people seek refuge from the cycle of abuse.
Now, more than ever, we must come together as a community to support Safe Passage's mission. Every dollar donated can provide a safe haven for a survivor, offering them a chance to rebuild their lives and break free from the chains of violence. Let us stand united against domestic and sexual violence, ensuring that no one in North Idaho lives in fear. Your contribution can make a difference, bringing light and hope to those who need it most.
