Safe Passage helps all survivors of domestic and sexual violence, including children. They offer a safe shelter, counseling, court advocacy, help provide crisis services, raise community awareness, and more.
With more than three-quarters of the US population staying home to prevent COVID-19 spread, nowhere is safe for victims of domestic partner violence. This self-quarantine puts them in perpetual proximity to their abuser. Leaving exposes them not just to a deadly virus but a world that has largely closed its doors.
