A Martini Affair!
Everyone will be there! Toast with a custom-made martini designed by the Mixologist and the winning bidder from last year's auction, Nicole Sherman! Delicious food specifically planned with you in mind, buffet style, and cool live music playing in the bar. Participate in the sponsored Wine Grab. Silent auction items to outbid your friend while you mingle with people who are also passionate about our community and essential, crisis services provided by Safe Passage. Raise a glass and raise the funds to make this community one that is free from violence!
Whet your appetite with tray passed appetizers like crispy pork belly crostini's, smoked salmon bites, and chicken satay skewers! A salad station will offer baby mixed greens and spinach, assorted dried fruits, organic carrots, candied pecans, marinated roasted tomatoes, golden Balsamic vinaigrette, crisp romaine lettuce, the chef's selection of delicious fruit, and vegetables with house made dips. Charcuterie and pickled vegetables along with imported and domestic cheeses with dried fruits and nuts and a selection of sliced breads. Entrees include: Manhattan Cut New York Roast, Creamy Chicken Marsala, Pan Seared King Salmon, sautéed fresh vegetables, and roasted fingerling potatoes. All topped off with delectible desserts like chocolate rockslide brownies, petit fours, and homemade chocolate chunk cookies, need we say more?
